About
Susie Tosh helps women change their lives by changing the identity they live from.
She is a writer, speaker, podcast host, and identity mentor based in New Zealand — and the creator of The Identity Code, a body of work built on one belief: identity drives behaviour, and reality responds to identity.
For most of her life, Susie felt like there was a pane of glass between her and the version of life everyone else seemed to accept. She followed the script anyway — built a career, moved countries, ticked the boxes. But underneath it all was one persistent thought: this cannot be it.
She has moved countries, changed careers, quit old versions of herself, and rebuilt more than once. And every major transformation came from the same place — not trying harder, not waiting to feel ready. Deciding. At some point she stopped asking "what do I need to do?" and started asking "who would I be if this was already my reality?" That question changed everything. It became this work.
Her voice is direct, feminine, intelligent, and emotionally precise. If you are done endlessly fixing yourself, you are in the right place.
